Natalie Wisdom, LCSW

I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and achieve their fullest potential. With over 16 years of experience in the field, I specialize in providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Springfield College and am licensed to practice in both New York and Connecticut. I have also completed basic training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. My approach is rooted in empathy and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

As a trusted therapist, I create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, develop coping skills, and foster meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

In addition to therapy, I offer Life Coaching services to support clients in setting and achieving personal and professional goals, navigating transitions, and unlocking their full potential. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I help individuals move forward with purpose, confidence, and clarity.

I also provide comprehensive Immigration Evaluations for cases including asylum, VAWA, U-visas, and hardship waivers. These culturally competent assessments are conducted with the utmost care, professionalism, and compassion to support your legal case and honor your lived experiences.

My treatment philosophy focuses on addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of each person. I have extensive training in LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, and I am deeply committed to supporting LGBTQ+ clients in navigating identity, coming out, discrimination, and mental health challenges in a safe, welcoming environment.

With a heart for healing and a commitment to professional growth, I strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward resilience and wholeness.
